Return & Refund Policy – Pattu Hub

At Pattu Hub, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality Pattu Sarees and Maggam Work Blouses. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sharing clear photos and an unboxing video.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or stitched Maggam Work Blouses.

  • Altered or customized Pattu Sarees.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or tags.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, we will provide a replacement or exchange, subject to product availability.

  • Exchange requests must be approved after verification by our customer support team.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is unavailable or if the return is approved.

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after production has begun.

6. Color & Design Variation

  • Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen settings.

  • As many of our Maggam Work products are handcrafted, minor variations in embroidery are natural and do not qualify as defects.

7. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), Pattu Hub will bear the return shipping cost.

  • For any other approved returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
